With 6 years of experience in recruitment for technical positions, Jean-ives brings valuable expertise to our team. His knowledge of the Dutch market and international orientation, influenced by his Caribbean roots, make him a valuable addition. With a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, he looks forward to applying his skills to benefit the maritime sector. "My first part-time job was thanks to a recruiter. That positive experience stayed with me, inspiring my career choice to become a recruiter myself," says Jean-ives.
"With the recent addition of our new service focused on Maritime Freelancers, Maritime Professionals is poised to bring even more companies, candidates, and freelancers together. Jean-ives will play a refreshing role in this pursuit of connectivity. 'As a recruiter, I take pleasure in connecting professionals with companies they might not easily reach otherwise. As the new contact person for professionals and freelancers, Jean-ives takes on many of the responsibilities from Bas Lokhorst, who is going to leave the Maritime Professionals.
