Luis is a Naval Architect from Portugal and moved to the Netherlands in 2014. He has worked for companies like Amels, Oceanco, Damen Yachting, and Feadship.
Later, as a Project Manager in the South of France at Monaco Marine, for management companies in Monaco and worked directly for an owner's team for a 70m+ yacht.
After that, Luis joined Maritime Professionals in 2022 and is now starting a new assignment as an Owner Representative. For the conversion of an Ice-Breaker into an explorer vessel, a 40m+ motor yacht. The vessel is currently in its production phase in Northern Germany. Regarding the collaboration with Maritime Professionals, Luis is positive and thinks it's great. “Maritime Professionals have taken care of everything and looked after me well, handled my proposals, and had my back. I am happy with them.”
