Preparing system diagrams, determining and calculating pipe diameters. Determining routing and layout of technical spaces. In addition, the development of propulsion systems, sub-constructions and outfitting drawings are also familiar territory. You combine this with professional contact with your client, sparring with enthusiastic colleagues and monitoring the progress of your projects. Naturally, you will fulfill the role of Lead Engineer by supervising your projects from start to finish.
Requirements
You know what you're talking about and are enthusiastic, perhaps you're even a typical 'boat geek'. In any case, you (like us) are happy with a well thought-out design and accurate drawings with an eye for detail. Furthermore, you have good communication skills, are an organizer and a team player. In addition, you bring:
- Demonstrable experience in the design of ship installations;
- Experience in drawing up diagrams, calculations of piping;
- Knowledge of regulations;
- Autocad, Rhino, Shipconstructor (pré);
- Up to date with developments (software and regulations).
